I have tried running skyrim through mod organiser without any mods except for alternate start and conjure nocturnal (because it is affected by the bug) while starting a new game and the bug is still there. also I have run vanilla skyrim without mod manager and tolfdir does not have the grey face bug. I hope this information is useful.

I have re installed unpb and the skin texture and I think they are in the correct load order I will see if this has fixed the problem. The problem is still there, I also want to mention that the problem has also appeared on male npcs (tolfdir) that are to my knowledge not effectd by unpb or the skin texture mod. ps how do i get my load order here without typing it all out?

Hello, I know that this bug has been covered in hundreds of forums already. The problem is I can't seem to find my particular problem on any of them. My problem is that I haven't really installed many npc overhaul mods to my knowledge except for unpb and a skin texture mod for that. Npc's all over the game are experiencing the grey face bug and I would appreciate any help with fixing this problem. I know that my mods load order will be required but I don't know how to do that.
