AS to the save game load issue, load any other save that you have that you know works, and once in-game load the other save from there. Should work perfectly.

You using Warzones? I had endless trouble when I was running it. Granted it might have been a combination of warzones and some other mod i was running, but once I uninstalled Warzones things got better. Try disabling Warzones.

uhhhm, you cant , steam wont let you install. You need windows unfortunately.

use the setstage command via the console - see http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Dragonborn:Served_Cold for the quest stages (You want to set it to 200) and quest ID.

Verify your game cache and ensure your SKSE & Game is up to date. Sounds like a version mismatch between skse and skyrim, specifically check the version number on the skyrim.exe file.

Dragonrend does not hurt him - it just forces him to the ground - you need to shoot / slash / spellcast him to hurt him.

Disable any mods that alter Vampirism and try again. I've had similar issues, usually if i leave the pc for about 1 - 2 min the transformation eventually does happen. was extremely annoying.

Driver issue, if your other games are also not working. Download latest drivers, also a driver cleaner. Run driver cleaner, install new driver. Also delete skyrimprefs.ini, then re-launch.

I doubt it is just one mod, possibly multiple HD Texture packs, along with a lighting and sun glare mod and possibly some version of ENB. (Biscally my setup) I got 2GB VRAM - seems to handle it.

I had a mod that turned the Vamp Alva into a follower. Had many a fun time exploring dungeons and raiding bandit camps with her. We were trekkeing through the field when we cam across a couple of flame atronarchs and two Pyromancers, along with a couple of Saber Cats. I was running back and forth dodging fireballs, and when the fight finally ended Alva was nowhere to be found. I spent almost half an hour searching for the body, just to get some closure (or maybe type resurrect :p ), to no avail. I later found her grave in Morthal, was very sad :( At least I then got the nice expensive gear I gave her back :p

Mine was in the quest "Lost to the Ages", which is part of the Dawnguard DLC. You enter this Ruin and hear a voice say "Turn back Now". As you move forward you come accross this ghost of a scientist / explorer that died there Katria. She continues to tell you her story, how she discovered writings of a forge made especially to for Artherium weapons, and how her dunmer colleague stole all her work and published it under his name. She then desperately started searching for the forge itself, during which she died. I was so touched and saddened by her story. I later had the satisfaction of coming accross her old colleague and sending him to the Viod to meet Sithis!

Yeah I might have phrazed that not so completely right (Also don't translate into real life LOL ) :p My point was just that they CHOSE to worship Molag Bal. Does what he did make Molag Bal bad? No - He's been bad from the start - and they knew that going in. Molag Bal was just being Molag Bal. Did they really think a Daedric Lord won't screw them over?
