Would it be possible to make a mod that adds dialogue option countdown timers, akin to The Walking Dead and subsequent Telltale Games or Alpha Protocol? Seeing as there's no logical "silent" option for most dialogue in the game, it'd probably have to work more like Alpha Protocol where it goes with the option that is most similar to how you've responded in previous dialogue unless you choose something else. My game-making experience goes as far a terrible RPG Maker game and a silly gun mod for New Vegas, so I can't do it myself, sadly.
