you should read about mods you install... likely caused by having helgen reborn active during the intro scene.

try removing apachii's hair mod and see if the crash persists.

i am experiencing this also. have you diagnosed the problem? i have a lot of the same mods as you, so it's hard to say... if you think it would help i'd post my load order but it's quite long. edit: i did try waiting in another cell for the amount of time suggested, but it did not seem to help. perhaps i'll try leaving the shivering isles. edit 2: i fixed my crash outside of the missing pauldron. make sure you have the newest version of All Natural, 1.34, just recently updated. something to do with light references.

one time when i was perusing mods on the nexus, i came across one that i can't for the life of me remember what it did. but my concern isn't that mod. there was an optional file in the downloads tab that would mod light and medium or just light armor to change the requirements from STR to DEX. if anyone knows what i'm talking about, please point me in the right direction. because right now i'm just opening random mods and checking the download tab with no luck. thank you!
