Dual Combat Realism as of version 7.6.5 completely disables the werewolf howl. Uninstall this and you should see your werewolf howl return. I spent near 12 hours trying to figure this out >.<

Is Dual Combat Realism Install? I had the first issue and was able to correct it by removing that mod. I still have no idea about the second problem

Any luck with the first problem? I am having the same issue. Uninstalling werewolf mods, and a few other shout mods did not correct it; in fact all of my howls for the werewolf are completely useless.
