  1. Bumping this thread, got the same problem with the new Pip-Boy map not coming up despite seeming fine in the Creation Kit.
  2. Anyone know a simple way to spawn weapons with specific mods in the world? Specifically I want to spawn hunting rifles that will always spawn with irons, full wooden stocks and long simple barrels, as opposed to just selecting an in-game RNG option that randomises from a predetermined list of mods. I know you can use the LL_ lists to spawn weapons with a general type of mods attached, but I'd ideally like a way to quickly and simply link a form list with a spawned weapon in the world.
  3. Bumping topic, have found the same issue. Replacing a reticle with a .png and getting a green (HUD color?) block in-game despite rendering fine in JPEXS. Is there something that needs changing when importing .png?
  4. Does anyone know of a free way to either edit .swf files and frames individually, or convert .swf files into .gifs? I want to look into editing the GUI, quest icon animations and scope reticles, but I don't have any software that can edit these Flash files. Any ideas?
  5. Not surprised by the recommend score, the Nexus is easily the best place for Fallout/Elder Scrolls mods, at least. Makes ModsDB look like a pile of crap.

  7. Hey guys, I've fully completed a mod which adds Bill from Left 4 Dead to the game, as a companion. It's all fully voiced using sound files from Left 4 Dead 2. I was literally about to publish when I came to the permission/credits section, and I realised I might get in trouble for using Left 4 Dead 2 files without permission from Valve. If anyone (most likely the mods) knows any more about this please tell me, I've got the mod right here and ready to publish, but I don't want to get banned or start trouble with Valve (of all people!) over copyrights and permission.
  8. "mods that bring the sexual feel that the game was missing in the game" Uh... wut? I'm sure you'll find something like that here, unfortunately. I have no recommendations however, unless you want to give Red Lucy a visit. Willow gets pretty sexual later in her questline, but it's also really cringe-worthy.
  9. I've made a unique weapon, with a modified vanilla (not entirely custom-made) mesh, i.e. a silenced .22 pistol with some modifications. I've made the texture, and the normal map, and generally it works. However, when the gun is put under lighting (hitting A in the cell editor, not sure what the technical name is), which generally means being used in an interior, it turns almost pitch black. You can tell the texture is still there, but it's so dark it may as well not be. Not sure why this is happening, but if it helps the modified mesh turns up grey in nifskope, not white. I get the idea that that this is a common noob issue that all the veteran modders are going to tut at me for, but Google hasn't helped so far.
