Sorry to bring up this topic again, but i just got Premium, but my download speed won't go over ~950 KB/s. i've bounced between servers and saw very little difference in speed. I'm on the Miami server and that's the best one that is getting me 950 KB/s. Any tips, or advice on what's going on? Thanks!
