  1. You did the Bendu OLO quest tutorial - did you notice a box under Try It Out that says:http://www.creationkit.com/images/f/f0/Achtung.png Important! As of 1.7 the game uses SEQ files in order to track Start-Game Enabled quests you've added, and possibly ones you've altered. These files are needed for your dialogue and scenes to work properly, and Alexander J. Velicky provided a tutorial on how to generate them That could be your whole problem.
  2. If you load the character you want to save into the game, open the console and type SPF Charactername, with the full saved name of your character in place of Charactername. That will generate a file called Charactername.npc that includes all the data that you have in the original racemenu character at the beginning of the game. Note that you have to have all the mods that add other character data loaded in CK when you do the character.
  3. My daughter simply COULD NOT get the DATA Files in the Launcher, no matter WHAT she did. Oddly enough when we transferred her OS and all files to her new computer, it worked fine. Figure that one out. When she wanted to add a mod, she had to manually edit the plugins.txt file. This is in (XP) Documents and Settings>Administrator>Local Settings>Application Data>Skyrim. In Win 7 it' under Users>Local Settings somewhere ... If all else fails, this WILL work - or, use BOSS or another separate MOD manager.
  4. Thanks for this - works well and fairly simple. Just move the working files from folder to folder and extract. Lovely.
  5. I really don't like the full face covering on some of the helms, but I don't have the talent to mod it myself. Yes, I know there are 'no helmet' mods, but I'd really like to have SOME helm - just not one that covers up the face.
