Works great. The only issue I see is making sure your Skyrim doesn't update automatically, much like when Skyrim was still new. That way you can play your game while waiting for mods to update and catch up with updates that are rolling out for Creation Club. CTD's happen a lot less for me than Oldrim, but my Mod list is insane so... I'm better at putting in Mods but that only makes me try to mod things myself :) My latest play through is a Mage with SKSE and SKYUI and they both work great. A couple of the Mods I consider a must haven't made it to SE as of yet like Race Menu but most have. There are some mods that need to be updated for SKSE but most I have just started to work when I put in SKSE.
