Hello , im looking to Replace an NPC with another one or permanently disable it as the title says , is there a way to do this? If someone can link me a fix or a simple guide i could follow to do this myself it would be very appreciated. Detailed info: I want to replace or disable andre permanently.Maybe in the future if i find another npc im not fan of too. I have tried searching in google and the only thing i found was ways to change the PC to the ones of npcs , lol. Thanks! Edit I have found character model IDs here http://soulsmodding.wikidot.com/reference:ds3-character-model-ids but no idea how to apply them to other npc

Im using Nemesis tool with Ultimate Combat - TK Dodge (works) and Combat gameplay overhaul - archery gameplay overhaul (both doesnt work properly , tk dodge first person sidestep stops working) I have tried ton of combinations of load order (tk last , first , in the middle , etc) and it seems it just doesnt work , is there a patch i forgot to add or something? or they will never work properly? I just want to make the first person sidestep work There must be a way to make it work

There arent many blood / dark spells mods , a few of those with cool effects would be awesome (a mix with conjuration /blood sword or something/ would be good too , i always wanted a self buff but dark, or even better , blood /wings maybe?/ because im a vl , instead of the fire cloak) Blood claws? Im just throwing a few ideas since i havent seen them
