Download the file manually and extract it. Find the Data folder in the extracted files, and compress the data folder itself into rar or 7zip files, then rename it as the name of the mod or whatever you want. Last install the file as a mod via NNM or MO. This is caused by that NNM can not find the Data folder of the mod, so you just need to take the data folder out and compress it then install it.
