In my humble opinion "SETTLEMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE" ,to be found here on the Fallout 4 Nexus, is an astonishingly useful mod for all who care about settlement development.As of may 1 2016 the author has abandoned the mod and given permission to convert it. So please you modding gods out there: take pity on this orfaned file taking up the good work where its author left it and keep it going :) . In all the years I never asked for something like this.I do so now in the firm conviction that this mod is so outstanding that it would be well worth the effort to keep it going and possibly expand it ,as there is no other mod I know of as useful as this for all who love to spend a lot of time developng settlements.

The Skyrim Nexus is almost constantly overloaded for quite some time now and it seems to get worse from day to day and reaching a really annoying status where downloading,rating,looking up notifications and posting do not even work any more at all.I really hope you will fix it. Yours is the only site I use for skyrim as I did for oblivion and I love it,but my patience is wearing a little thin these days.

My AVG 7.5 found the virus Obfustat.JFG on august 25 after I visited tessource and dealt with it.Two days later it found that same virus again.I had not visited any other site meanwhile..
