Alright, thanks! I will try and see where I end up. Edit: The downside of that is that I'll become super fast when I'm not swinging the weapon. Hmmm.

I've been bothered by the movement speed penalty when swinging two-handed weapons since I bought this game a few years back. I really want to make a mod that makes movement while swinging two-handers as fast as when you're swinging one-handed weapons. As I am a complete beginner to modding, I want some advice as to what tools to use for this tweak, what to avoid etc. But the main question is: which tools/programs do I use to change movement speed while swinging a two-handed weapon? Note: I do NOT want to increase attack speed. Just the movement speed WHILE swinging.
