I'm having exactly the same issue. Most have already told me to back up my skyrim mods, save them to a new file (and save games I assume), uninstall and reinstall skyrim, and put the mods back on. Nobody has identified if a mod has caused this, but its the only solution people have. annoying.

Hey. This is my first time asking for help on this. I have a problem with the game atm with now, every time I create a new character, as he/she arrives in helgen, and it goes to the character creation screen, my character will be walking on the spot instead of standing still, and once done with character creation, he will walk past the captain into the wooden post behind. He will then turn around when called to the chopping block, but before the scene with the guy getting his head chopped off occurs, my character walks right to the block before him, and it stops it being able to progress any further, as all npcs just stand around doing nothing. I'm certain its an addon thats causing this, but I don't know which one so I could disable it. Before I list them, or try disabling any, can someone tell me if they've noticed this bug before, and if they know which addon causes it which one I then have to switch off.

Hmm, I tried, followed what you said, it still doesn't work for me. I tried everything, copied one texture to the location you said, didn't work, moved it to another spot, again nothing. :(

Hello. I'm kind of new to this kind of thing and was wondering if someone could break this down for me, since I am not at all savvy with program files or moving things around into the right place, I didn't even need to with wow because of the curse client doing it for me. I basicly want to load the mods to alter skin texture on male models, make them cleaner. I am currently playing skyrim on windows vista through steam. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2488#content I download the mods, move them to what I think is the right folder, but nothing happens. I followed some youtube videos on what I was meant to do, but it didn't help. I can say though, I did download a mod when I first got skyrim to have my character have no underwear on him when he removed his armor, no additional texture, it was just the same model but without his underwear. Did I do something wrong, was I meant to delete this mod I first installed?
