so after I downloaded the new update, skyrim redoes the graphics settings and caps it at low quality, and when I load up the game it just stays at a black screen. Is this a common issue with the new update? Is there any fix?

My game keeps crashing after a few moments, can barely take a step. I've tried unmodded runs, and have checked through every mod that I thought would cause a problem. Hello, I followed the instructions to the letter, but still can not get NVSE to work with my windows ten computer, every time I click nvse_loader it tells me that "This app can not work on your pc" please help.
