  1. It been a while so I have a few ideas that I have thought up of and would like made I will start with the vanilla game content and move on from there. 1st: check out the mod "World Eater Beater" I think it did the alduin boss fight justice. The only thing I think that needs to be worked on is the second stage of the fight. 2nd: the cure vampirism in Rise at Dawn quest should be edited. There is this huge stone tablet that you have to stand on while a guy chants at you and no cool effects take place ...at all. For something as big as removing your vampirism it should definitely seem like a struggle. First as he chants your character bgins to float in the air and and yelling in pain. 2nd the stone tablets' design begins to glow either red or a purple-blue color. 3rd an entity that looks like a vampire like creature is removed from you and before it can do anything it dissipates. 3rd. For The Lord Harkon boss fight it was short in terms of a climactic battle. Like the mod World eater beater Harkons' fight should be extended and have more story. 1st Isran joins the fight with you. 2nd When Harkon first goes for the Blood Well it is after the player has taken about a third of his health. 3rd when he does he transports you, serana, and Isran to his master Molag Bal's realm: Coldharbour, there a quest begin to find Harkon in the sinister castle. You fight through gargoyle hordes and find dozens of Soul Shriven in the castle and you learn of Harkon's origin or at least more of it. Harkon is more powerful in this realm so the fight will be tough. Take out 3/4 of his health and then he will take you all back to Nirn. 4th in Nirn where the final fight happens. 4th. Miraaks fight and quest all together felt rather lacking (look up Badassified Miraak for harder Miraak fights) after you talk to Hermaeus mora about the deal for the final word of power and defeat the dragon a dark elf lad approaches you and tells you that there is an army of Miraak's cultists heading for Raven Rock and that you are the only one that can stop them. Head to Raven Rock, as soon as you enter town the front gate closes and the guards circle up and get ready for a fight. The head cultist approaches the gate and demands entry, and the guards argue for a little bit, and the cultist summons two Lurkers to kill everyone (since they can't get in). Defeat the Lukers only to find that the dark elf you talked to before let them in, it was a trap for you all along. Defeat the cultists only to find out that they sent out forces to destroy the skaal village. Go there kill the enemies and continue with the normal Dragonborn Questline. Miraak boss fight. Only a couple of changes to the fight. First, you must go to Miraak's temple where the corrupted tree stone is, to read the book and enter Apocrypha. Second, Miraak is harder. Third, when he regenerates his health he sends high seekers and/or lurkers from the poisonous pools that surround you and his dragons (except for Sahrotaar) to kill you. Fourth, when you leave Apocrypha after absorbing Miraak's soul you will have one final fight as he uses the tree stone ( his last influence ) and his soul to posses your body. "Let us see who truly has the soul of the Dov". your setting is within you as dragon souls circle around as you and miraak battle for your life, literally.
  2. Actor Stats Age: 18 Gender: Male Ethnicity: White/Cacasian Active Member: Yes Playable Races: Argonian, nord, Breton, imperial, etc. I like to have variety Experience: New to it but I am currently working with the Skywind voice group About me I use a yeti mike, I am practicing other dialects, I can do a couple good imitations, and I also can do creature sounds Voice Samples: http://www.soundcloud.com/iccotak I will release more samples in the future
  3. What I dig are the mods that are practically DLCs, for example: Wyrmstooth, Moonpath to Elsweyr, Pit Fighter Faction quest line, Thirteenoranges quests, and Falskaar. I would like to see a mod quest line that delves into the lore of the forsworn and introduces an interesting and intimidating. From what we have played the forsworn are either annoying to deal or so cool that you wish you could join them, but their history is not really delved into. It would be interesting to have a battle over the reach with an army forsworn. Their leader is a mysterious, intelligent, and powerful briar heart warrior. He is more than a match for your character (think Bane from Dark Knight Rises). In one version of this mod the forsworn have a grudge against you for killing so many of their people and plan to take everything you have and destroy all you have achieved. You will rise like you did so long ago. In another version you can join the forsworn faction and take the Reach. This version will make all forsworn friendly to you. In order to do this quest you will have to have done quests for Jarl Igmund, The Forsworn Consiracy, and the Main quest line.
  4. Do you guys have an idea of when you are going to upload to Nexus?
  5. Spoiler warning for Dragonborn DLC You know what two things bothers me: A. Bethesda never added a spear skill tree in dragonborn (that was the original point of giving you the option to switch perks after killing Miraak) it would not have taken much but it seems they were too lazy :( B. some people's mods for spears. So far I have only liked one (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15294) because the rest have these weird weapons that pretty much look like bits and pieces of other weapons stuck to eachother to look like spears and clubs. On top of that they do not even bother to try giving spears their own branch or animations. Some mods just make them one-handed or two-handed weapons. However, I will give them credit for trying. They could have done better to make them fit in the game. What should be done is this. 1. Make spears from scratch and make them fit with the other weapons in skyrim. DO NOT DO THIS: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22927/? 2. Create a skill tree that allows three paths with them a. Throw the spears at enemies b. Use your spear with your shield c. Use the spear as your only weapon 3. Give the characters new animations for when using spears, like in they had in the Bethesda preview. 4. Intigrate the weapon throughout the enemy NPC's be they bandit, falmer, forsworn, assassin, etc. 5. Create ones for the DLC's and make unique ones that you can find or win on unique quests. 6. Make the tree appear in the dragonborn DLC so then you have the option to switch perks out.
  6. You know what would really be awesome...enemies with steeds. I don't mean just horses for soldiers and bandits. I mean saber cat steeds for the forsworns. Large chaurus for falmer, and undead horses for skeletons. Course it would also be cool if you could get some badass wolves as steeds from Orc holds. Have a forsworn pen full of saber cats and you can take your pick and use one of them. Run into a really big warrior caravan that has a mammoth pulling the cart. And best yet, an evil drauger overlord that has tamed a family of frostbite spiders and uses a unique one as its steed.
  7. There are so many improvements to be made for skyrim and out of all the environment, combat, immersion, armors, weapons, patches, quests, etc. this mod has to be one of the best upgrades for the game. @drohung I am also looking forward to your dragon horn project. Personally I think they will suit the argonians more than the white bland ones they are provided in the vanilla game. My only recommendation is to integrate the horns throughout the game to characters like Derkeethus, Veezara, and Shahvee. Cheers man
  8. Wouldn't it be nice if the race you played was taken into more detail? If there were certain interactions that referenced to what your race was. How about full blown quest lines for each races you can play? New factions for your races, armor, weapons, lore delving, etc. depending on the race you play you get to go through a certain quest line that rewards you with choices, player home, gear, and followers. Play a High elf and join elite thamlor making all thalmor agents friendly to you and acknowledge your superiority. Play as a orc and defend an orc stronghold from a dragon that has been sassing them.To make it even more interesting you can see both sides of a quest line depending on your race. If you play an Argonian it would the Argonian faction vs a dark elf one and if you play a dark elf you get to see the quest turn out differently than if you were an Argonian. Example: Play as Argonian you find an Argonian settlement and it is run by the An-Xileel (Argonian organization) skyrim branch. They welcome you with open arms and you get quests from the towns folk and the higher ups. You later learn that dark elves have kidnapped an argonian agent, you are to rescue him from his capturs but you are too late they killed him. This death causes a war to break out between this settlement and another one of dunmer (dark elves). This eventually ends in either truce or the destruction of one of the settlements. You join the An-Xileel and become one of their agents. Play as Dark Elf you find a dark elf camp run by a council. Because of your heritage they welcome you with open arms. You get quests from your fellow dunmer and the higher ups. You later join their militia that tells you that there are An-Xileel agents spying on the camp. You are to capture the spy and bring him to interrogation, however you or your men kill him because he would not give any info. The other argonians find out and this results in war between the Argonian and Dark elf settlements. This eventually ends in either truce or the destruction of one of the settlements. You become the leader of their militia. The player not only gets cool rewards but also gets a chance to learn more about the lore of the race that they are playing.
  9. I was pleased with Bethesda's Dragonborn DLC Challenge: the Ebony Warrior. He showed that with the right perks and gear you could make a decent character and that you didn't need to use hacks. Also he is really rewarding to kill. However there is only one problem I have with him; his voice. I know that voice is the standard redguard voice but it is also the voice of the annoying characters that you run into, like Sven. I think someone should redo the voice of the ebony warrior and make him sound like somebody that could kill you. Give him a deep Middle Aged voice and not the one of a teenager. A voice that gives him the feel of not only a worthy warrior but a dangerous villain as well.
  10. Quick question Would it be possible to make a mod that gives argonians the option to have dragon horns from all types of dragons in the character custimization menu? If you want to see it happen what author would you recommend to have it done?
  11. Instead of not allowing the beast races to use footgear and give them a passive bonus just replace their boots and shoes with different kinds of feet wrapping. That way the beast races can have the armor perk bonuses as well. For leather armor use leather wraps with studds, for dragon you can put a small amount of bone plating or give them dragon skin wrappings. With this mod I do agree that the beast races should show their feet but I do think that they should also have some kind of protection for their legs.
