I'm scrapping a save of mine because of a classic case of overmodding. Its gotten to the point where i have troubles getting the saves to load, and it would take far too long than I'm willing to put up with the game to fix all the problems. So I was wondering if anyone out there had a better idea than spending 3 days accounting for every item you own and recording your skills and level as well as quest progress, and then proceeding to attempt to use console commands to give all the items back to you. I can imagine there have to be people in the community that have gone through the same ordeal, but at this point, I'm guessing my best bet is to write down how much gold I have, major quest progress, skills, and level and then remove all mods and delete my skyrim folder. I already had a back up made so at least I don't have to re-download my whole game, as my internet isn't the greatest. Any ideas are welcome, thank you in advance. :laugh:
