Hi Everyone who might be reading ! I'm no stranger to installing mods but I am very new at making them, and I've started making my very first ! Basically what I'm trying to make is a new perk that acts like the Tunnel Runner perk but with the Ranger Combat Armor list. Now, i think I've done everything right, saved the plugin, enabled it, and the perk does show up in the game, but when I get the perk it has no effect. I'll attach a screencap of my GECK menu of the perk, can anyone tell me what they think might be happening ?
