  1. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Armor Also check the curve on the graph how fast armor can scale.
  2. What master difficulty does is make you do 50% damage and enemies do 200% Basically the game has been balanced in master around abusing the crap out smithing/enchanting and stacking resistance. I've restarted with a new character on Adept(1:1) with this mod called ABSE on adept and ignored smithing/echanting completely. Went sneak/destruction, am lvl25 now. Game gets pretty challenging now since enemies are pretty much almost as powerful as you, not to mention boss npcs. NPCs don't carry around legendary weapons and armor... Learned a bit of modding recently and I'm gonna try balance the game a tiny bit around adept difficulty(the way the game was meant to be played).
  3. Spoke to soon when it comes to Illia, she is still bugged. At least I now know what bugs her (loading a save game after you recruited her). Trying to sneak behind someone with a light source is hard now, it's almost as if they hear you more easy.I'm [laying with a gamepad and noticed enemies are very sensitive to how fast your moving now while crouched. I don't really use invisivility, only on rare occasions.
  4. How about a dragon fart, an alternative to "shouts". It's annoying having to turn around to shout at someone, surely the all powerful dragonborn could release his shout from his ass? It would fit the lore too, those supplies you delivered for the greybeards could of been beans for all we know.
  5. I would love more animations, even different styles in skyrim. These are probably the ones that annoy me the most: Turning with weapons Rolling in 3rd person
  6. 1_04_08 gave me problems with the mods you mentioned, things got much better after 1_04_10
  7. Well I just went to Darktower and Illia didn't bug out like in previous versions. It's also not mentioned in the patchnotes so there might be a dozen undocumented fixes/tweaks.
  8. I had started a sneak character back in 1.3. At one stadium it appeared that I was virtually undetectable seeing that I was also a vampire (I could move right in front of an enemy like mad and they wouldn't notice me). So I ended up searching for a mod and found the PISE sneak mod and played with that until 1.4. However after the patch I started noticing I'm getting detected way to easy and things just "felt off", so I disabled it. To my surprise I could not abuse sneak in vanilla like I did previously. When I move around like mad in front of an enemy they actually take notice now. No idea if it's because I just went over lvl20 with my character or if it was change in the patch. Sneaking actually feels right now...
  9. Finding it impossible to find the right difficulty setting, The problem is scales two variables at the same time, for instance I just want to take more damage because I'm finding my armor overly effective, but I don't want to hit enemies 10 times more just to kill them. Difficulty . Damage Delt . Damage Taken Novice . x2 . x0.5 Apprentice . x1.5 . x0.75 Adept . x1 . x1 Expert . x0.75 . x1.5 Master . x0.5 . x2 This is what I would have preferred, the power of your weapons/spells and health of enemies being universal, while difficulty was determined by how easy/hard it was to survive. With the broken scaling of armor, I just can't find the right balance anymore. It kinda made be stop playing skyrim as a result. Difficulty . Damage Delt . Damage Taken Novice . x1 . x0.5 Apprentice . x1 . x0.75 Adept . x1 . x1 Expert . x1 . x1.5 Master . x1 . x2
  10. The only movie I've been able to watch more than once was Jurassic Park. Even since then any movie I tired re-watching bored me to death unless it was a very old film I've completely forgotten about.I found it a lot easier to re-watch stuff when I was a kid... The problem with any story is that once you've experienced it the magic is gone, no more surprises. All good things come to an end. And if a story is predictable, well it just becomes boring. Another problem relating to skyrim for example. The implementation of epic moments like the fight against the "evil dragon" which you heard about during the game wasn't so epic in the cutscene...
  11. Follower Storage. It's kinda annoying when you give an piece of armor or weapon to a follower to carry, but they end up equipping when you don't want them to and vice versa. What if you could create another subcategory on an follower called "Storage" and add another button command "Store" in addition to the default "Give" command. Followers would simply ignore items in their storage section and equip/use items not in the storage section. At least that's the idea, no idea if it's possible or not. Follower's carry books/notes containing their stats. *Possibly also their background story? It's simply annoying having to visit an external webpage just to see what the skills are of your follower. Think this would be possible with the NPC editor only?
