I'm sure this exists, but I can't seem to locate it. And yes, I know that I can just use the console but I think having a proper resurrection spell would be more fun.

I was wondering if there is a mod that lets you either buy and improve the existing orphanage in Riften, or build your own. I'd also like an option to send the kids who don't live in the Riften orphanage to said orphanage or the one you built without having to adopt them. I already know about Multiple Adoptions, as well as Dragon's Keep. They're not quite what I was looking for. Dragon's Keep is grander than I'd like. I'm just looking for something reasonable.

I'd really like to be able to open my own store. Kinda like Adura's Merchant Mod, but maybe you build up from being a peddler, to having a stall, to running a store. I like to roleplay as a merchant, and it would be nice to have that kind of end goal.

Ah shoot. Does anyone know of a similar mod then?

This is kind of a silly idea, but hear me out; For as often as Guards wonder if "someone's stolen your sweetroll", it doesn't actually happen in-game. Well, how about a mod that spawns Thieves that try and steal from you, but only if you have a sweetroll in your inventory? Maybe limited to when you're in or around populated areas? Also, maybe add sweetrolls into the inventories of Thieves? Just to continue the joke.
