This is the case and that is annoying. I may give vortex a try as I just went to the out of date NMM I had installed.
-
I click fix and in that window it says See notification for more information. Its a circle of pain right now. How do I fix this if the notification points to the error which points back to same notification?
-
I just installed the mods I been using into the data folder itself. If I were to redownload the mods, then refresh the data folder (via verify cache/redownload the game), and then use NMM to install the mods - will I be safe?

It work to an extent. I had like Intense training x 5 and it took it off but if I go back I cannot choose a point to place.

Def gonna try this this is pretty much what I want use in junction with player.setlevel Thanks I will tell you later.
-
Is it possible? I didn't see anything in console besides setlevel but that doesn't start you over with spending points, you keep all points spent and perks chosen. Is there a mod? And no starting over isn't in question, I am curious.

They have said on shows like "What happens if humans disappeared?" Basically said that dams would be the last to go out. And not due to part failure but the one kind of water life that wasn't there to begin with that blocks the entrance/exits of the water.

I can't find the mod where when you kill an owner of a building (like lets say the Lucky shop thats SW of Tenpenny Tower) it removes the "Losing Karma". I'd like to pillage while not getting karma lose to an unseen eye.
