Additional bump, here's hoping someone can make this happen!

I noticed that after you dragon forge a piece of equipment, it gets this weird animated texture overlay placed on top of it. Has anyone tried to make a mod yet that gets rid of the overlay?

I want something small and mostly insignificant, but I'd like it if raising the dead in a town or city will result in you getting arrested.
