It could be something going on that needs some attention. Search the internet for a free program called ccleaner and run that to clear out your temp files, temp internet files etc, then have it look at the registry and see if there are any issues there. If it finds something in the registry, make a backup of the registry as it shows you how to do, then fix. Once you are done with the fix, run the check again. You can reboot after the first time to clear the memory. Once you have done this, try and install OBMM again to see what happens.
