We have reproduced the issue and are currently in touch with Epic Games to try and figure out the cause. In the meantime, one possible workaround is launching the game directly through MechWarrior-Win64-Shipping.exe located in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\MW5Mercs\MW5Mercs\Binaries\Win64 folder (default installation directory). Same, I can't see it being Windows alone or there would be hundreds here complaining of the same problem. The only mods we have in common are: Advanced Zoom and Yet Another Weapon I do also have TTRules_AI vs your TTRulez AI No Rescale Besides removing all mods and doing a file verify I tried adding PrecisionSights but although the mod did change the sights, it did not fix the mouse cursor problem. My game is on Epic.
