I really want to download the creation kit from Steam, but I can't find it. Its simply missing from the Tools bar, and I dont know why. Can anybody explain

i also forgot to mention that my launcher code only contains the 'bEnableFileSelection=1', and nothing else. im pretty sure that covers everything now.

As i mentioned in the reply above, im having the same issue. also, i dont know if this matters at all, but under the Kyrimprefs, my launcher code is all the way at the bottom. Im not sure if placement matters for this particular issue or not, but i thought id bring it up. im also having the 'access denied' problem as well. this blows monkey chunks.

Nevermind. Im an idiot. I thought the submit button was just for the donation block.

I keep trying to change my preferences, but even though I switch things, nothing ever pops up telling m theyve been saved, and if i press anything that takes me anywhere, even to the same page, they are always reset. Help?
