Rebooting my PC worked, I will keep the rest of these in mind though, in case it happens again. Thank you for the expedient and detailed reply, people like you are what make the Nexus great.

So when I start up New Vegas, I can use my mouse to load up my save and that is pretty much it. You know when you hover your mouse over, say, a gun in your inventory, or a dialogue choice, etc etc. The choice highlights with a box around it, and you can then make your selection with a left click. When I am in a menu, I get no such highlighting and I cannot use my mouse to select an item. Therefore, I cannot navigate any menus using my mouse. While I can manage using the arrow keys to navigate dialogue and the pipboy, the trading screen is non functional using the arrow keys. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? This only started today and I have added no new mods before or since this issue has begun.

I am having trouble with FNV4GB on windows 8.1, the device ran fine until recently. And due to having a large number of large mods, without FNV4GB, fallout is essentially unplayable, with the "out of memory" crash occurring rampantly ever 10-20 minutes. Specifically, the FNV4GB loader launchers the FNVLauncher isntead of FalloutNV.exe. I already went over this problem with a technically sound individual, but he was unable to find a solution. Therefore, I am creating this thread to possibly have the public community assist me in finding a solution.

Can someone help me in getting Immersive armors to get SkyRe values in game? I have reproccer, and people say that it works like magic. Although it does work, for immersive weapons, LOTR, ect. I always end up getting 0 armor rating from immersive armor. This is very frustrating and I do not know what to do, I have tried many patches that are supposed to fix the issue to no avail.
