Interesting it is not showing up in the download history? I should note this file was removed then repaired the uploaded again with the same name...if that helps your testing. I will try downloading it again but this time from a different mirror site. Ok downloading from a different mirror site corrected the issue. You might want to add that to your FAQ.

This is the mod downloaded http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26095 I am using IE9, I did wait the recommended time. I downloaded it from the premium UK site available to premium users on Nexus. I think I have downloaded it at least 3 or 4 times now.

I have downloaded this file multiple times but it keeps telling me I can not endorce the file until I have downloaded it. Yet I have downloaded it multiple times now. Yes I allowed enough time to pass before trying to endorce. Has anyone else run into this problem before?
