  1. thanks a lot, would never realize "mod troubleshooting" isn't the place to go to 'trouble shoot" your own mods lol
  2. So I am following this guide: https://www.nexusmod...tion/mods/30041 And I am getting wrong face sculpt and wrong head texture (blackface) (I've created npcs before, what's changed?) I know people have had problems with black face before and it was a simple fix of Ctrl + F4 exporting the face in CK. Well that's not doing anything. To start: I have a legit copy of Skyrim SE , with all DLC's, I'm using latest SKSE, with most current ENB, using MO 2 I Created my custom face sculpt with RACEMENU, got my nif, got my facetint dds Created follower folders in Skyrim SE data folder (zipping mod, and then going through MO makes no difference) Created all the custom parts in Creation Kit, body, head, face, hair, etc. Set models from custom caliente's body generation, then just used the rest of nif meshes that are available in CBBE I used the fair skin complexion (https://www.nexusmod...dition/mods/798) as my skin textures After I've completed everything in Creation Kit I hit Ctrl+F4 exported my face to skyrim folder I then copied the file names of the CK exports to the RaceMenu creation. Took the racemenu creation files and pasted over where the CK files were. After I got black face initially, I went to sculpted nif file (one from racemenu) and manually put in texture paths in the shadertextureset block of the nif file in nifskope still getting offcolored face. Not even that, I'm pretty sure it's not even registering the model sculpt either. so what gives, what am I missing, feel free to ask more steps that I may have omitted typing here. also I tried the thing where you convert your files to Oldrim, nifmerge, then convert back, still didn't work I opened the file with nifskope and there's nothing that looks weird to me, or stuff overwriting it. Also there's the odd thing that I am unable to view the dds textures files on almost all of caliente's dds files. When I open in irfanview, just says invalid dds file and in nifskope manually mapping to the texture doesn't change the face color the file is correctly downloaded because nexus has a shyte max upload limit here's a link of screenshots of my nifskope and xedit if that'll help https://imgur.com/a/KK3KU3V Help is much appreciated, I have spent over a week on this now, and just about to give up on modding all together.

  4. So any mod that I downloaded from user Rektas69( Queen bikini, Dark Sisterhood Armor , n8k Black Rose II , etc) and equip it to any follower (be it cbbe or unp body) looks fine whenever they are standing moving, but whenever they goto sit down, their chest warps into their body and their butt sticks out unnaturally . Some screenshots included . Yes I know attached pics aren't the best cuz I had to significantly shrink them cuz of the low upload limit I have xmpse skeleton, cbbe , bodyslide and outfit studio and cbp physics don't have any other physics mods installed besides hdthighheel and hdtssephysics Tried posting on the author's page but I get no replies. Any idea help would be appreciated till then I'm just going to use other armor mods
  5. I love the immersion in skyrim, in terms of deadliers dragons, frostfall etc. (Even though I have not lore friendly armours) Can anyone point me in the direction of a mod that modifies npc values, such as strength, health, damage %, etc. Because hacking away at a regular humanoid(human) npc with a giant battleaxe and having their health barely lower simply because they are of the boss variety is ridiculous. I can understand this for dragons and draugr, one's covered in scales and maybe protective magic and the other is the undead and may also have magic. I know deadly dragons mod, has a deadly monster mod but it can only increase monster values for a bigger challenge. I'm looking for a mod that will allow me to lower npc's health (and possibly the players) and increase their damage output with weapons(and magic) which will amount to 2-4 hit kills, maybe depending on what they're using and armour playing a small part in it.Also increase the effectiveness of blocking, where essentially no damage gets through but you suffer in stamina. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
  6. How is it not immersive armors? As soon as you remove the immersive armor mod Ulfric's gag is back.
  7. Instead of creating a new topic I will just continue this one, I have searched endlessly trying to help me with to get help with healing scripts I have downloaded a bunch of healing companion mods, including cerwiden but I can't get from any of those the actual notepad file that shows the healing script. All I want to is be to able to know what variables to name etc. for example something like Event OnDying(ObjectReference PlayerRef) If player health < 20% cast spell heal other target "player" endevent can anyone point me in the right direction??
  8. I created a mod with multiple actors made them all possible followers and put them in their own faction. I set them to '-1' for 'CurrentFollowerfaction' added Potentialfollowerfaction. Then added new custom sandboxpackages for each of the actors; just a simple 'sandbox' package that allows them to wander and ridehorses. I put the actors in 6 different locations Dragonsreach, and the inns at morthal, riften, solitude, markath, and Windhelms. The problem is that 3 out the 6 npc's have no recruit dialogue options and do not say anything. Also weirdly 1 has only 4 dialogue options, while the other 2 have full dialogue like Lydia. I compared the different actor faction and ai package data and it's all the same. Does anyone know what's going wrong?
  9. You got rid of their default textures so now you need to export their facegen data in creation kit by selecting the actors and pressing "Ctrl+F4" then check that their data shows up in the facetint folder default location : Data\Textures\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceTint
  10. ok nevermind, one of the installed mods was faulty, I deleted facetint data for meshes and textures and went back to default
  11. After doing some modding, mostly removal, I noticed Lydia and then ALL the other females in the game have the darkface bug, I have no idea how this happened. The only thing I noticed might be the problem is that in the skyrim.esm file, the femaleheadnord part has nothing set for the skin texture, while all the other headparts do, I ran verify integrity of game cache on skyrim and still nothing. can someone please help
  12. I couldn't find a similar topic, so here's a mod q;in CK whenever you create an npc, you can choose a class for it in the 'stats' tab. However I am finding that no matter what class I pick for a follower npc, they will always have the same amount of skill points in the same areas. One handed 100, Heavy Armor 100, Destruction 100, Restoration 100. I want to change to it to for example sneak 100, light armor 100. How do I accomplish this?
  13. I am getting this error all of a sudden when I give a different head to my npc. This has never came up before. I tried everything from changing different head.nif files to headraces.tri and headchargen.tri, along with different faces skin femaleehad.dds files. Can anyone help?
