Help! Characters are all stick people that don't move realistically! I fear I may have deleted something important but I don't know what it is. Or could a mod be causing this? Please help

Yea that's not working. I can't find the exe file in my computer. Just the URL and the config settings and prefs

I apoligize for the stupid newbie question. I've downloaded Skyrim V thru Steam. NMM won't find it to allow me to install any mods. Should I not have used Steam?
