Its not working I did everything right and the items are in game but don't show the pictures of the items furthermore when I try to start the quest nothing happens. I've changed all the stuffs in my fallot 4.isi and the others but it still won't work. I think its NMM CU's when I start the game it unticks the mods so they don't work but I dunno anyone please help

I need help with the Fallout who mod, I have installed both mods but the original Fallout who 1.0.1 says there's a new version and brings me to the update but I already have it installed. What should I do
