  1. HAHA! Yes, I've built a room and there is nothing on the floor but debris. (flat decals) He will do the greeting (there is no voice yet) and somewhere during it he falls and waits a few seconds before getting up and doing it again. I've tried starting a new game, saving, attacking him (he's essential) and re-adding him into the level via the creation kit, then loading a previous save/new game and it still happens. I'm pretty stumped and rather frustrated.
  2. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an answer to this question. What's happening is I'm writing a dialogue, and during the NPC's greeting they will randomly fall to the ground like an essential NPC would if they lost all health. However, they are not being harmed and their health is still full. What is going on??

  4. I've been trying to find a good forum on what graphic settings I should use when also using an ENB. The ENB I am currently using is [topic=https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24660?tab=posts]Film Workshop ENB[/topic] However, in some situations my fps will drop as low as 7fps.. It will stay in the 50s inside, and typically stays around 30-40 outdoors.. But if there are a lot of enemies it will bog down and stutter like a sob. So basically, I'm wondering what graphic settings I should turn off or lower because of the ENB? I'm not using any mods that alter the resolution except for Dynamic Interior Fog Removal, Super Mutant Redux, and Detailed Feral Ghouls. My rig is i5-7600k Geforce 1060 16gb DDR4 Also, if anyone can provide me with some insight on why I'm having performance issues and what will help I would greatly appreciate. THANKS!
  5. I have been having this issue lately where if I switch to third person and pull out my gun my character breaks until I switch back to first person. Even when I use vats my character does the same thing. This does not happen when I have a melee weapon, only when I'm wielding a firearm. The only animation mod I have is the girly animations. But it may also be related to the Weapons on back mod. See the image (I had to severely reduce the quality for nexus to allow the upload) Thanks ahead!
  6. Just in case anyone out there is as dumb as me the solution is: 1) rename the [d3d11.dll] of this file (Not the Enb). EXAMPLE: ( la_d3d11.dll]), then place the renamed DLL. 2) Edit [enblocal.ini], rewrite the following contents EnableProxyLibrary = false to true InitProxyFunctions = false to ture ProxyLibrary = [renamed DLL Name(e.g. la_d3d11.dll)] and EnableFPSLimit=true to false * Even when FPSLimit in ENB is enabled, load time is reduced, but reduction becomes little.
  7. Nevermind, I'm just dumb. I went to the load accelerator page (after discovering the other file that required the same file) and it says how to enable alongside an ENB. Thanks again!
  8. Thank you for your response and advice! I actually made a pretty big mistake while posting this. it is a actually 'd3d11.dll' file. One is for the mod 'Load Accelerator ' and one is for the ENB 'photorealistic commonwealth' and they are not the same authors. However, the load accelerator no longer works. I pasted the new .dll and the Enb works fine but not the other file requiring the .dll
  9. I recently went ENB "shopping" and picked out one that I wanted to try out. Unfortunately it seems the preset seems to be abandoned which leaves all questions unanswered. In the mod authors own words these are the instructions: - Copy and rename copied ReShade64.dll to "dxgi.dll" Unfortunately I already have a 'dxgi.dll' as required by another mod. How can I easily resolve this? I've got little experience with enbs.

  11. Also in the fallout 4 ck, you could hold down alt while dragging an item for it to sit flush with the land. Kind of like pressing 'f' to drop to the floor for static items. Is there anything like that ?
  12. I've not found much on this topic so I decided to start one. I'm wondering, is there any way to create custom exterior stores/houses or is everything pre-built ? Including roads . I'm looking to build a new city in a new world space but it's hard to make it unique withe everything already built for the major cities in skyrim. I used to mess with fallout 4 creation kit and enjoyed that there were so many options as far as building exterior homes/stores. But it's looking like everything is pre-built. Am I Correct in assuming so ?
  13. I've watched tutorials on how to swap materials but most of them involve REPLACING textures. I want to (for example) make several copies of the overdue books in the creation kit and swap out each of the copies' texures/material so that when the player sees them in the game, he/she will be seeing the new texture I added as well as the vanilla overdue book. But also, when the player views it in their inventory it will still show my custom texture. I DO NOT want to replace vanilla textures. I just want to add my own. Simple, brief steps and/or an exact tutorial would be much appreciated.
  14. It's only int the one cell though. Could it still be corrupted? Luckily it's a very small project so I can make it over. Also, how do you make backup files? I asked the community this question before but nobody had an answer. I've tried just copying the file but when I did that, all my voice files got lost. Weirdest thing.
