THNK YOU shes finally stopped trying to commit a massacre and is now neutral, but now she wont follow me, every time i talk to her i get the talk to you later option, any help?

I made my own personal companion in the geck and everything worked except for one thing, she keeps trying to kill me, any tips and or ideas on how to fix it would be most appreciated.
