http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19263/? Is it possible for someone to change the Staff of Parthalan in the mod pack above to shoot flames instead of sparks?

I noticed if I get on top of a mountain that I see a blue sky. Is this normal or is something wrong with the mods? I understand this might sound like a stupid question but I have never installed any ENB before. I basically just dropped the entire ENB folder into the Skyrim folder and edited enblocal.ini to 8192 reserved memory and 2048 video memory. I also edited the skyrimprefs.ini like it said. My specs are - 8GB Ram - GTX670 2GB The ENB I'm trying to install is this one below http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39821/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D39821%26preview%3D&pUp=1 EDIT: I forgot to install the preset

After the screen finished loading a save the game crashes but when I start a new game it works fine. Does this mean the save that I tried to load is corrupted? EDIT: When I start a new game it doesn't crash but after some time the horse seems to hit a bump on the road and the entire thing tips over and stops moving. EDIT: I decided to do a fresh install of Skyrim since I couldn't get past the intro and put in only a few mods but when I finish creating my character the game crashes. EDIT: I tried using TES5 edit to find the issue but nothing was wrong.
