I need some help guys.. I run Skyrim on a GTX 780 and a 3970K... Basically there is no problem with FPS.. Although after installing this ENB it randomly set a 32fps vsync cap.. Anyone know how to take it off.. I know it's not my card and I turned off the ENB to test and my skyrim is still running at 32fps with it off.. So I don't know how to turn it off.. Any help?
