This is the only place I've found that has parallax water so far, and the first time I've ever seen these seams.

I have been using Aeon ENB with RW2 for quite a few days now, and everytime I open Skyrim there appears to be zero parallax effect being applied to my water. Also, if I ever go into the non-parallax water my game starts repeating a more harsh audio playlist and in the parallax water it's a lot calmer, softer, and gentler. I use RW2 with no audio mods. I can post my enb inis and skyrim game inis if anyone needs them. I use Mod Organizer 2 just to keep in mind. <3

@azzendix @Pfuscher check this out! https://www.loverslab.com/topic/80225-parallax-occlusion-mapping-for-sse-proof-of-concept/ i dont know much about it except someone made a PARALLAX effect for reshade i have not tested much, im getting CTDs (I dont know if its because of the reshade or not) but it might work for you. This just might be what SE really needed!
