  1. If you have a follower with HDT Hair, use SSEEdit to open it up and delete the wig from the Armor(addon?).
  2. When I run Nif Merge, it loads normally. But dragging the NIF files onto it, it does nothing. The 2 windows for source and target under Name, Vertices, etc. remained blank. The buttons "Match by Vertex", "Merge to Target" and "Merge Model As" remained greyed out. Only "Merge Child Nodes" on the bottom left corner is toggleable. The paths on top show the path to the NIF files, so I think the dragging worked. I am on Windows 10, which apparently should have all the .NET Framework already installed. Whenever I I try to install a .NET, it says that the latest .NET is already installed. Both .NET 3.5 & 4.7 are turned on when I checked. I have all the Visual C++ installed (2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015), both x64 and x86. What can possibly cause Nif Merge to just remain blank when a NIF files are dragged onto it? I tried Nif Merge 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.6beta. All showed the same issue. Edit: I finally realized that Nif Merge doesn't work with NIF files that were made for SSE. Used it with Oldrim NIF files worked.
  3. Nevermind. Found out that removing HDT Hair is as easy as removing the armor addon from the main .esp file because it is treated as a wig/armor and not as hair.
  4. Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, putting Windstad Mine at the bottom of the load order didn't fix it. I'm trying to find another Fishery to see if it has any issue but the only Fishery I know of is in Riften. This may not be a " fish " building issue. It looks like you might have a texture from another mod .... I did a bit and was reminded of a few issues, where textures from one mod .... would ' spill ' over. Question - Do you have any mods for Windstad Manor or Morathal that add building or " new " textures? One last idea - delete and re-download and install Windstad Mine. From the Oldrim to Current version, this is the first that I have read or seen of this issue. I'll be watching and doing a bit more homework to see if I can find something? I found the culprit! It was the mod Tamriel Reloaded HD SE that changed a bunch of texture and messed it up somehow. That's a shame because I haven't had any other problem with that mod until now. I wonder how the world will look without that mod now that I deactivated it. That is one big mod (1.9GB).

  6. I'm a big fan of Windstad Mine. IMO, it is a top 10 mod in my playthrough. Unfortunately, the Windstad Mine's Fishery building has a (texture?) problem. As you can see, the fishery is no where what it should be. All 4 of its wall are white with some green on it. Interestingly, when I checked Fishery in Riften, it looked completely normal. Running LOOT didn't fix it. I kept trying to uninstall the Windstad Mine and reinstalling or putting it dead last in my mod list but that white wall is still there. What gives? I thought my installation got corrupted but the Fishery in Riften is normal looking, so that can't be it. Long mod list:
  7. Thank you for your help! That did the trick. I went to SSEdit to look up that ID and it belonged to Yongheng Follower mod. I uninstalled the mod and that problem is fixed. Apparently bchick3 fixed that mod's issue after two other people reported the same problem.
  8. Farengar Secret-Fire has this book up for sale and it always stays in his list of items to sell no matter how long I wait. Whenever I hover the mouse over this book "Spell Tome: Fireball of Rune" it always CTD. I can't figure out which mod added this book or texture so I can try to uninstall. Sorry for the size. Help!
  9. I was hoping you have ELFX installed because I had the same problem and I found out it was the ELFX that was causing the blinding brightness.
