Hello everyone. I'm working on a mod that creates an unique, yet disenchantable item (similar to Champion's Cudgel). I stumbled upon a problem where I can create the item with an enchantment (and with the magnitude) I want, but the value changes when put on another item. As it's an unique custom enchantment, I want to make the magnitude static (unaffected by Enchanting skill value, potions, or perks similar to Waterbreathing). How do I make this effect?
