Hey everyone, Just started modding recently. Hardly know anything but figured out enough to start creating new syringer ammo. However there are some I would like to make that require papyrus scripting or fancy editing that I can't seem to wrap my head around. I'm looking to create a syringe that will cause fear then after a duration cause them to explode. I was trying to somehow make use of the pickpocket 2 perk but can't figure out how to do it. Do I need a script specifically to accomplish this or am I just missing something?

That looks like something I'll have to dive into. DId lead me to armory 300 though which sounds cool. If i can get this to work I'll try to add in the mods i have. Maybe i can upload the files for em to add to his lists.

I have a ton of armor/weapon mods and I love finding this stuff out in the wild, but I have no idea how to add them to the lists. Is there a quick easy way? Maybe something I can make that will go with Reproccer? Love the equipment mods, really don't want to make them just wanna find em.

Hey Nexus, Some friends and I are always talking about things we want to add to skyrim but we all suck and never put the effort into learning the Creation kit. I decided to change that and the primary thing i want to change first is some sound files. How do I change the sound files for various creatures in skyrim? Could anyone link me to a tutorial or something I could use to learn this? Thanks, Os

Never mind. I tried. This f***er picks and chooses what it wants to allow. f*** it.

So it is a master plugins must load before others error. After the error i see the Climates mod checked and installed but at the end of the load order. When i try to move it, it crashes. Any ideas?

Never mind, Tried to install Project Reality again, and once again i got told I dont have a file and NMM thinks i pirated the game.

Because it bothered me to no end that it wouldnt work I have been trying to find out what did it. Since it forced me to delete everything i deleted it and redownloaded it. So far, Mods are going in without trouble. Maybe it was just a problem with the previous version?

Well, i managed to find all the damn mods in NMM, but now, i can't reinstall any of them because of the Boss Api error. I know they are there and functional, but the manager has decided im not allowed to use it. So easiest solution, no more NMM. Still a great site with awesome modders, but that program isnt worth using anymore. Least not for me.

Didnt say it was. Its hard to be all happy and nice when the first time you install it after a computer upgrade you spend over an hour having the program tell you you have to uninstall every mod you have because someone deleted it despite it being there and functional.

Lol just frustrated that the mod manager is trying to tell me i pirated Skyrim and refuses to allow me to download/install mods with it. Prior to my hardware upgrade i used it often, now i have to fight it at every turn to get anything done.

Nevermind, this is the stupidest f***ing program ever. Now it thinks i deleted all the mods and i have to UNISNTALL AND RE-DOWNLOAD ALL OF THEM. Stupidest f***ing thing ever

Yes, angry topic. No, dont care. I recently upgraded the computer. New motherboard, processor and some ram. Had to reinstall windows. Now the mod manager loves to tell me the Boss API doesnt exist and i can go f*** myself. Problem is, it doesnt do it all the time. It randomly decides that point in time is a good time to not function. Wtf do i need to do to make this program not be f***ing retarded?

So i need to write that as well? Would it be a simple script line or a whole mess of shenanigans that will make me choke an otter? *Edit* I am trying to get a second spell to trigger on death. I am looking at the papyrus tutorial pages but it isn't making sense to me.

Gonna take a bit longer then i thought. Needed to finish a business plan and it hit a snag. Should be up tomorrow night at the latest. Current spells: Curse of Flames Curse of Pain (absorb health dot) Curse of the Sloth (slow spell) CUrse of Magicka Drain Curse of Viral Pain (aoe absorb health dot) Any suggestions fire em in here. Gonna make these basic level and then create something for higher skill levels.

Working on creating a full set of curse spells. Damage of time spells, burden spells, drain spells, and whatnot. Currently having an issue with the burden spell but ill explain that in a sec. Reason for the post: What types of curses would you all like to see in skyrim? Issue with the burden spell: FIXED! Anyway, post ideas in here and I'll see about getting them in. I want to have the mod done by no later then tomorrow night. I'll upload it here and on the workshop.

Thanks. I'm still watching videos and reading wikis looking for instruction. The modding thing isn't coming naturally to me at lol. However, i haven't given up and by deconstruction others work im learning a great deal. I will message ya if i hit any brick walls.

I was messing with the creation kit trying to learn how to make a new perk for a friend. (trying to get bound weapons to restore magicka. Still can't get it working) I had an idea for a new race. I wanted to make a race that Lived off soul gems. So similar to vampires need to feed, but ate the souls from souls gems or some other race-specific item. The problem is, I suck at this modding thing. Is there any tutorials someone could point me at so that i can make this or is there someone bored and looking for something to do lol. I would really like to learn how to do it so i can expand on them as time goes on and possibly make some others.

My friend and I are attempting to make a skyrim mod. Before we go all deep into it, i need to know how we can both work on one mod. So far i havent found any answeres so i joined this site looking for one. Anyone know how?
