I can confirm it was defiantly due to being over the mod plugin limit I learnt to fix it via merging mod ESPs as it helped stay under the 255 limit! Thx for the help Jones177

Likewise, but not as bad as the original post has, just loading game makes my character bold, I imagine it has something to do with Racemenu, but no idea that :/
