Hello, I write this topic because I was looking for advice about my save file. I have my high level character (47 lvl, 160 hours played, main quest completed, dawnguard quest completed, over 250 locations discovered and mostly cleared) and my save file is exactly 16.851kb size. I've heard about save corrupting and bloating, and I'm afraid that it can start to bloat. I don't want to start a new char because I'm playing on this mage from 11.11.11. Some saves on this char were corrupted so bad (random CTDs, freezes, bloating), but I decided to play from non-corrupted save (I think it's not corrupted) with 10 mods, it has about 15mb size until I decided to start Dawnguard questline. After completing it my save is near to 17mb and weird thing is that my autosaves, quicksaves and normal saves have different sizes, i.e: quicksave: 16 845kb autosave1: 16 787kb autosave2: 16 859kb autosave3: 16 771kb latest manual save: 16 851kb These sizes are changing from lower to higher, and I'm afraid that it's something wrong with it. Can anyone tell me that I should start to worry about it or everything is fine so far? Regards. I was looking for some solves but with no effect. Some things just doesn't helped. Would be nice if someone can tell me what's up with this. I played for over 400hrs and nothing happened like that. Regards. Also I figured out that it happens not only in Kolskeggr mine, but at many points of Reach (mostly northwest side). I will try to completely reinstall Skyrim, delete whole folder, delete Skyrimprefs in my documents etc. and try to load game and check if this error still occurs. Also I will try to make a new character and go to Kolskeggr mine. I will tell you when I do this.

Hello Jacky, I think the reason of CTD is that you have so many mods installed (that's really an huge amount of them!), these can conflict each other or just your PC don't have enough power to handle it and then your game crashes. Try to reduce your amount of mods. I highly recommend to delete or deactivate some visual mods etc. Regards.

Hello, I've got a major issue with crash to desktop while I'm near Kolskeggr Mine (in front of Pavo's house and next to his house) Funny thing is that before this problem I've been in this place once. Now when I want to go there - I'm getting CTD everytime (even when I disable all mods including Dawnguard and Hearthfire) but it's not a typical Skyrim's CTD, because I've got an error 'Skyim has stopped working', notabene searching a solution online doesn't work at all (obviously, thanks Microsoft for useless option). I have no idea what to do. Please people help me as much as you can. I will really appreciate your help. Regards. Edit: I tried to verify integrity of game cache of Skyrim at Steam - doesn't helped at all.

Hello there, today I bought Dawnguard and I already got a problem with it. When logo videos ended, a skyrim logo appears, but then instead of showing up options like new game, load game etc I've got a CTD... when I disable Dawnguard from Data Files everything is right. Now I'm pissed off because it seems I wasted my money... someone can help? Hello, 2 days ago I visited Skyrim Nexus and in Hot Files I saw the file called 'DarkDaedricAxe', it looks awesome, but I decided to not download yet. Yesterday I decided to download this and I've got a message 'File is under moderation', in the evening this file just... dissapeared, I don't know why. If someone still have this axe downloaded then can reupload this and send it here or on PM? If it's right of course. I wonder what was wrong with this weapon? Illegal or something? Regards.
