i was thinking is it possible to make navy seal gear like NVG's custom M4A1's sig p226 special power armor and or light armor kick ass perks something?

i was playing duke nukem 3D and i was wondering if its possible to make a duke nukem companion that would be the most kickass thing in fallout lol you know no apocalypse would keep the most badass gaming icon down i have seem other duke things but no companion mods. I havent looked at the code to fallout so i don't know if it is possible to create it with any custom like features but i have seen other custom duke nukems on nexus for fallout 3 so they did something right could somebody make this gaming character possible or tell me if it isn't possible.

disable some of the colliding things I am guessing you cant fast travel so disable things and then try to leave the room but if that still isn't helping then try to kill yourself (if you don't know) "~" click your self then type...kill you should be able to re-spawn at the nearest door if non this helps or if you tried this then sorry that is a game breaking bug also "~" click on any conflicting object you think is restricting you they type...disable if you don't know what it does it basically removes it from the game TEMPORALLY then try tcl hopefully it works after words

*EDIT* it crashes precisely on the second spin on the loading screen and no it doesn't begin any cut screen. however the problem was resolved when i downloaded the intel graphic dll (link above) it runs semi smooth but its not freezing and crashing on begin animation or cut screen well thank you and I'm not using any mods its just the game I've tried tried to load a different save game see if its the beginning animation that make my graphics card (chip) what have you...that is the cause and i haven't been successful. As to the other things that have been brought up to me. i do realize that i would have to replace this chip (card) and motherboard basically all the internals that make this laptop run and that is impossible or to much of a headache P.S. I'm new to computer gaming i realized the game is far more then this computer can handle AFTER i made my purchase >.> (impulse by much i know) i just wanted to see if there were any suggestions besides gutting this computer for the i7 processor and ram but thanks for all the input Much appreciated

hey, I'm having trouble with fallout 3 (obviously) every time i start the game and make a new because i have played it yet on my computer it crashes and it crashes on the dot (meaning at a certain point every time) i don't think its the graphic's card considering i can run New Vegas fairly well. i have read about some problems with d3d9.dll and that fixes it but I'm skeptic about that and this is a brand new notebook.
