  1. Heads up. Don't let vortex move your mod files either without backup. I did, and updated from 0.15.9 to 0.16.2. All the mod folders moved, asked me to save all changes after install. I did. BIG MISTAKE. All the mod folders are there but are now empty. And this is why I don't update. Not COOL. I know you guys do this for peanuts. But seriously. I AM SO FUC$*(&^#@(%^$#@(*&^*$#%^*#$^&&&*(#$(*&!@#&*(^$@!#(*&&* PISSED! Had to download EaseUS to recover my files, because like an IDIOT i thought having vortex manage the folders was safe. Had a personal mod I was working on for months disappear. Maybe I should have kept a more up to date back up. But I didn't. So from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate the work, but seriously f*#@ your updates.
  2. I actually copied the stimpak and just added the rad damage. It does have the Keyword PlayAnimOnItemUse. There has to be another spot it needs to be connected to that I'm missing.
  3. I'm looking for a bit of guidance. I'm creating a mod that introduces an 'Irradiated' Stimpak into the leveled list. It heals base 20% instead of 30% but also causes 20 rads. Simple enough to copy the original stimpak and make the small changes. However, the new stimpak doesn't play the animation that a normal stimpak uses. It also is not considered a stimpak for things like healing a downed companion. The animation is my #1 concern, however it would be nice if I could make it act in every other way like a normal stimpak. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a base-level modder, I know how to create simple objects and perks, scrap forms, NPCS, navmesh buildings and the like; but know nothing of scripting or quests (which i'm sure thats where the issue is).
  4. I have found that they are created when I publish a file on to the Steam workshop, named (my_mod_name).ckm I then removed all my mod files from the data folder and 'subscribed' to my own mod and downloaded it when I next started up Skyrim. The .ckm file was not among the downloaded files and was not needed to play. I believe it is some sort of upload log when using the creation kit. I keep deleting them and each time publish an update another one is created. Prognosis - They are harmless and and you can delete them if your not the publisher.
