I was wondering if there was I was where I can copy and paste my mods lo and have it automatically sorted so I can reorder it my self after its been sorted out

Hello I'm having a problem with skyrim se as my title says, so basically when I open up the game the start screen bugs out and when I try to start a gaming it gets all weird and glitchy.
