so i have been modding oblivion for a long time and i used obse on windows 7 okay for years and than i upgraded to windows 10. now anytime i try to start oblivion with obse dll in the oblivion main folder. the launcher starts 100% fine than i click play launcher goes away like usual. than the cursor spins. which means its starting the oblivion.exe process. im looking at the process manager. i see the oblivion.exe appear in the process manage.r than the process it crashes before anything can popup. then i remove the obse dlls and it launches fine oblivion starts up launcher and full game. but then i put the obse dll back in and same instant crash. any help is greatly appreicated thanks in advance for all help given

i am trying to install a mod its goes through the wizard fine but when its done installing the files instead of saying mod was installed it says mod was not activated

i am crashing in the dragonreach loading screen and i know its cloaks of skyrim. i used boss my load order is set up right. can someone please help me fix it
