as said above; your mb doesn't support the cpu you want. :-( sorry. i would suggest getting an FX-8310 at 3.4 GHz, buying a thermal paste for lower temperatures, and a cheap air cooler in replace of the stock one (way better).

DEFINITELY recommend the rx 480 4gb, or the rx 470 4gb. if you want more than 4 gigs, there's one rx 480 8gb that's only $220-230 (which is a little above your budget). however, amd graphics cards perform better in dx12 and worse in dx11 or dx10 against nvidia. if you're playing oldrim, it only uses 4gb of vram, so a 4gb card would be fine. but if you'd rather have a card that excels in older versions of directx, or don't see yourself playing dx12 games; get the 1050ti or 1060 3gb.

it might be missing a normal map; or it is corrupt. try opening the hair texture normalmap file (i use paint.net) and inspect the normalmap for any imperfections. if it says it's unable to load, that's a good sign something is wrong with that file.

safety load or go into the console and type "coc whiterun" (or coc qasmoke) if none of those work try using the save game script cleaner.
