They are scary and can glitch to walk around, nuff said. I've never actually encountered it but the fear of it is always on me. Is there a mod to completely remove them?

I know I can simply not do criminal things but that's no fun, but I really hate trying to rob any store or pickpocket anyone because I have no idea if a magical instant guard is running fullspeed at me SILENTLY only to "STOP!" jumpscare me. Is there a mod perhaps that can add a different soundtrack, play a sound or notify me on the HUD when a guard (or any NPC with dialogue, it's really surprising and the weird faces don't help) is homing in on you?
