Hi I am having flikkering issues, objects moving around, etc all because i have more then the optimal 60 fps. The thiing is ican't seem to get skyrim to max 60 fps. I've tried through the nvidia panel, through the ini file, through the client, etc and nothing seems to freaking work. Any advice on this? Not using any enb mods so i don't have an enb file to eddit thanks
