how can we get the dialogue of an npc and convert it to mp3/wav file?

my computer cant handle much of ENB .. so i just use it for making Screenshots and im planning to make Videos as well. And I dont want to install it over and over again whenever I want to use it. My FPS drops from 60fps to 34fps/20fps when im using ENB ... but its good enough for still shots. so when i go back playing/questing I just want to DISABLE it from the menu (SHIFT+ENTER). so, if I disable it on menu... is it the same as if I removed it? (In terms of game performance mainly FPS) what are "parts" of ENB that are still "running" i was thinking about those things that i changed on Game's .ini files.

I usually make new rooms for my "testing" area... as I am still familirizing applications and trying to make mods and experimentation and yes.. I make it light enough so i can see how the light reflects to a certain texture and stuffs like that ... HERE if you go to Warmaiden... atleast for me - the light there from the Hearth is the best kind of lighting ... what i did is go to CreationKit and load only Skyrim.esm and i look for WhiterunWarmaiden > duplicate it and rename it to something easy to find (aaaxxxWarmaiden) >then open it on 3D panel and start editting from there .. look for that lighting source used by the Hearth and duplicate ... delete every other lightsource... and only use that lighting from the hearth... position it the way you want. I ussually make every corner lit up.. some corners not too light and some just dim... so there are not VERY DARK shadows.. and i can see nice reflection to the skin textures and things like that ... :> too long .. sorry xD

shud I duplicate an object before editting its texture if I dont want it to affect any other maps that used it?

I downloaded skyrim a month ago... and started downloding mods few days later. so i went to CK and loaded that mod... i cant seem to find any "material" that have a texture like that (image 1). all i see are purple planes with "arrows" and "punctuation marks" on the center.

i think there's a mod that makes you pay taxes... i saw it featured on MxR Mods.. not sure which video tho...

nifskope is to extract something from skyrim that you want to edit and convert it to something the blender program can read/open. blender is for you to edit. also ... i never have mod before.. but im planning to do so.. and im still learning, making sure im ready when i begin. if my understanding is wrong please correct me. also i think i have found a video that gives this information you want.. maybe i can find it.. SSE is Skyrim Special Edition, right? ... i dont have that .. maybe i posted on a wrong thread.
