I still cant get it to work -_- the only mod I could get to work is a hair mod :P

I already download the nexus mod manager and still nothing. And the readme files just say to place it in my data folder. I tried looking for the Assassin's Creed mod but could find it. Hello I'm new to forums and to the modding stuff. So I need help on how to activate the mods. By that I mean activating them in game. I added clothing mods and weapons but I cant seem to get it to work. I added an assassin's creed mod and I don't know if I have to go and find the clothes somewhere or what but its really bugging me. So if someone can explain to me how to make the mod work that would be great. Did I do something wrong or what?
