  1. Hi, I've been having this issue and I'm not sure where it comes from. I think it might be a mod since running Skyrim with ENB and no mods works fine. I've already gone through all of my mods and can't seem to figure out the culprit. It will run fine until I move too quickly, then it lags and i guess the eye adaptation messes up the shadows and causes these lines. My settings and stuff are; Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Using Rudy ENB for Vanilla 16:9 Widescreen 1920 x 1080 resolution (it was happening on 3840 x 2160 which is my usual resolution as well) Antialiasing and anisotropic filtering OFF Vsync enabled in ENBlocal ini and Nvidia control panel Texture Quality High Radial Blur Quality High Shadow Detail High Decal Quantity Ultra These are the mods I have installed Skyrim.esm=1Update.esm=1Dawnguard.esm=1HearthFires.esm=1Dragonborn.esm=1Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp=1EFFCore.esm=1Lanterns Of Skyrim - All In One - Main.esm=1SkyUI.esp=1FNIS.esp=1dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp=1RaceMenu.esp=1RaceMenuPlugin.esp=1XPMSE.esp=112FemaleBrows.esp=1MorthalSwampTreesCleaned.esp=1Skyrim Radioactive - Interiors Compilation.esp=1Helsmyrr.esp=1TW3MO.esp=1Celtic_Music_In_Skyrim_v2.1.esp=1HitStop.esp=1FCO - Follower Commentary Overhaul.esp=1UIExtensions.esp=1RealisticHumanoidMovementSpeed.esp=1Playable Bandages.esp=1RevampedExteriorFog.esp=1Brows.esp=1Sundys_Male_Presets.esp=1Improved Eyes Skyrim - Serana.esp=1Improved Eyes Skyrim - Vamp.esp=1Improved Eyes Skyrim.esp=1KS Hairdo's.esp=1Chesko_WearableLantern.esp=1Short Grass Mixed.esp=1Facelight.esp=1FreckleMania2.esp=1AMB Glass Variants Lore.esp=1Differently Ebony.esp=1Bijin Warmaidens.esp=1SAM - Dawnguard Patch.esp=1SAM - Shape Atlas for Men.esp=1SolitudeCapitalEdition.esp=1City of Dawnstar.esp=1MedievalTown.esp=1GreatKilt.esp=1Inns and Taverns.esp=1fortifiedfalkreath.esp=1AzuraHouse.esp=1CrossroadGuardOutposts.esp=1Syerscote.esp=1EFFDialogue.esp=1Bijin NPCs.esp=1Males of Skyrim.esp=1JKs Whiterun.esp=1SRX_ImperialFemaleFace.esp=1WitchesKnarl.esp=1Mixwater Retreat - Vanilla.esp=1Ursine Armour.esp=1Faction Crossbows.esp=1mcCampingLite.esp=1TheEyesOfBeauty.esp=1S'in Dunestride.esp=1Skyrim Radioactive - USLEEP Patch.esp=1NoRadialBlur.esp=1Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp=1Skyrim Radioactive - Live Another Life Patch.esp=1 Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
  2. I've reinstalled the enb several times and this is the only issue I'm having with it. I thought it could be an issue with forcing borderless window but I cant figure out what the problem is. It doesn't have this issue indoors. Any help would be appreciated as I really enjoy this enb. Thanks! Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 3840 x 2160 resolution
  3. Sorry for the late reply! I'll give this a try definitely. Thanks so much for the help!
  4. Thanks! I'm going to try that and see how it turns out. I'm currently using the latest blender since I don't have access to Max. If it's worth it to use the free trial at least to get these couple of files exported properly I'd definitely consider giving it a try instead. I know the nif plugins for Blender are pretty buggy so I've been trying to avoid exporting using it. So far I've been able to import the obj files into nifskope directly fairly successfully. The only issue is the NiMaterialProperties. Here's a link to one of the models I was hoping to use. Thanks. https://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/464431 Edit: Interestingly enough it looks like someone's already converted that particular model for skyrim today. However, I still would like to learn how to make these work properly since theres a few slightly more complex models I want to use in the future so any help would be greatly appreciated. https://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/949599
  5. Thanks for the quick reply. I'm trying to follow your instructions but I don't think I'm quite getting the hang of it right. When I delete the NiMaterialProperty block it seems to get rid of all the UVmapping information. When I then try to copy and paste the BSLSP branch from a different nif it keeps giving me these errors. "Nif versions differ! Current file version: 20.0.0.5 Clipboard data version: 20.2.0.7 The results will be unpredictable...." and if I press continue it just appears to crash nifskope. I'm going to try it with a few others to see what happens.
  6. Hi everyone, I'm attempting to learn about converting OBJ and 3DS files to work in nifskope yet I keep running into the same issue regarding the texture properties when importing these file types. I understand that NiMaterialproperty is outdated and will not work with Skyrim so is it possible to change it to the proper BSLightingShaderProperty/ShaderTextureSet branch without messing up the UVmapping? I've tried copy and pasting the texture branches from a working nif and that kept coming up with errors saying the nif versions differ. Same goes for copying and pasting the actual mesh into a working nif. I'd really love to use these royalty free meshes in some mods I'm working on so if anyone has any advice on how to fix the texture properties that would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
  7. Hi everyone, Trying to work on my first mod, mainly for personal use. However I'm very inexperienced at creating mods and the import/export process and doing things more complex than changing a texture in nifskope. I've read and tried to follow several different kinds of tutorials but I cant seem to get what I'm trying to do to work. I'm currently trying to figure out how to use Witcher 3 architecture models, provided by rroobboo 999 on youtube, as its my understanding that the Witcher models are available to use as long as its not for profit. Please correct me if I'm wrong. The original files are for C4D and so I have been using that program to try and export them into obj or 3ds files. Importing obj files from either C4D or Blender results in missing meshes and errors in Nifskope. Importing 3ds files seems to work better, however the texture blocks have material properties instead of the usual BSSLightingShaderproperty and textureset blocks. Placing textures into the existing blocks will work in nifskope so I know that the uvmaps are correct for the meshes. And it will allow me to edit the uvmap, but when I delete those blocks and try to copy over the proper texture blocks from a working skyrim nif, it will give me the nif versions differ error. Importing the 3ds into a working skyrim nif seemed to work once but only for part of the mesh. The rest wouldnt take any textures. Trying to create a new uvmap from scratch would be pretty impossible for me. Alternatively, I have tried to copy the mesh into a working Skyrim nif and it gives me an error. I have also tried to export it as a nif in both Blender 2.49 and the latest Blender and following tutorials for those. I cant seem to figure out how to get it to work and when it did seem to work, the uvmaps I tried to create just didnt work to place the textures properly. Is there any way to make the meshes usable while keeping the uvmaps? or if anyone can help me figure out how to make these meshes usable that would be amazing. I feel a little overwhelmed in what I thought might be a more streamlined process. Thanks.
